when i opened this in fusion 360, it seems the individual lines are broken apart and can't be cut as a whole part.

Same I just connected them all then you have to fine the broken line in the spine. Its in the left side middle.

I think it is because the original file what's meant to be a puzzle so that you break out the pieces and build it. Basically built in tabs . Fusion 360 isn't friendly with cut lines.

.... Also you may have to adjust the slot size to your material thickness...

what thickness was the original file for? if using 1/1 sheetcam?

Is this best made out of 1/8" material or could you use 1/4"?

Todd Kelch (OP) - 3 years ago
WHEN YOU OPEN IT IN SHEET CAM, THE CONNECTOR INSERTS PORTION WILL BE YOUR MATERIAL THICKNESS. REMOD TO MATCH YOUR MATERIAL THICKNESS.

I havent been on in a while!!! Scale to suit your size and adjust the tab width to match your material.

Trying to visualize what a finished puzzle would look like. An assembled photo would sure be nice.
